JogRunSprint is a new and exciting app based on the popular running concept "10-20-30" developed by professor Jens Bangsbo and Thomas Gunnarson from the university of Copenhagen (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22556401).

Experience incredible results in just 3-4 weeks of running with JogRunSprint...Even as an experienced runner. A group of veteran runners who followed the training for just 7 weeks improved their 5K times by 4 percent!

JogRunSprint makes it very easy to run 10-20-30 intervals. Set up how many sets you would like to run and press start. Visual and audio cues will guide you through the entire exercise.

Remember the importance of a proper warmup before starting your exercise. We recommend warming up with easy jogging for about 10-15 minutes with an increase in speed the last couple of minutes.

Buggy
Used this app twice now. First run went perfectly and updated to Pro to be able to see my data as I continued training. Today, it was a disaster. If I clicked my phone off, it paused my workout without telling me. Which it didnt do the first time I used it. Today I literally had to keep my phone active the entire time. And it didnt record any of my data for my run. Not distance, not speeds, not anything. Which is what I paid extra for. Very frustrated and hoping this was a one-time fluke.
Jog Run Sprint
By far the best program I have tried. It truly is fun, interactive and without a second of boring. The best part is that because of the way the program is structured you dont get out of breath and its all based on science. Love it
Exactly what I wanted, almost
Great app! Gives pace change prompts and the workout is customizable. I just wished it had a distance tracker and a halfway point notification
A Reliable Favorite
Works as promised. And delivers that promise beautifully. I sprint three to four times a week and JRS is now a staple in my rotation.
Wont disappoint you
This is a great one! I use it all the time. You can configure the run as you would like.
